Be the answer, not the tenth link.
Ranking is no longer the whole job. Half of high-intent queries now end in an AI answer, and getting cited there needs different work than getting to position three. We do both, on the same site.
Six things ahead of you. Most of them beatable.
Position
47
Illustrative. Real timelines depend on domain authority, competition, and how much of the top ten is directories rather than real competitors — which is the first thing the audit tells you.
Audit, architecture, and the fixes.
The reason SEO stalls at most companies is not a missing strategy. It is that the strategy required engineering time nobody allocated. We remove that dependency.
Technical audit, then technical fixes
Crawlability, indexation, rendering, canonicals, Core Web Vitals, and schema. Our engineers implement the fixes rather than emailing a spreadsheet to yours.
Intent-mapped keyword research
Grouped by what the searcher wants, not by volume. Half of high-volume terms are informational queries that will never convert, and chasing them inflates a report nobody can bank.
Topic cluster architecture
Hub pages and supporting articles with a deliberate internal link structure, so authority concentrates instead of spreading evenly across a flat blog.
Content that a specialist would sign
Briefed against the SERP and written with someone in your team as the source. Generic AI-spun content is the fastest way to look like the nine results you are trying to pass.
Generative engine optimisation
Passage-level structure, entity clarity, citable statistics, and schema that make you quotable to AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity — a different job from ranking blue links.
Digital PR and links
Earned coverage from data, tools, and commentary. No link buying, no private blog networks, nothing that has to be disavowed in eighteen months.

Content & data
Most technical SEO findings are engineering tickets, so the same team does the web build and the Core Web Vitals work rather than filing them and waiting. While rankings compound, paid acquisition covers the gap and a content production system feeds both. Sites we have shipped are on the work index.
Four things worth knowing first.
If any of these change your mind about the channel, better now than three months in.
Six months is the honest horizon
Technical fixes can move things in weeks, but competitive terms take two to three quarters. If a proposal promises page one in sixty days, ask what it plans to rank for.
AI answers changed the click, not the work
Zero-click results take traffic off informational queries. The response is to own the commercial-intent terms and be the source the AI cites, not to publish more of what the AI now summarises.
Most SEO problems are engineering problems
Slow templates, JavaScript-rendered content, and duplicate parameter URLs cap what any content strategy can achieve. Being able to fix those ourselves is the point.
Volume without authority is a treadmill
Publishing forty thin pages against an established domain moves nothing. Fewer, deeper pages with real internal structure outperform it consistently.
Performance Marketing
Paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, run against pipeline and CAC, not impressions. Creative, landing pages, and measurement included.
Social Media Marketing
Organic strategy, content systems, and community management that compound. Built as a repeatable production line, not a posting calendar.
Questions about search.
How long does SEO take to work?
Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Content and authority for competitive commercial terms realistically take six months, sometimes longer on a young domain. We report against that timeline from the start rather than managing expectations later.
Does SEO still matter now that AI answers queries directly?
It matters differently. Informational queries increasingly resolve without a click, so the value has concentrated in commercial-intent terms and in being the source AI systems cite. Both are addressed in the same engagement.
What is generative engine optimisation?
Structuring content so AI systems can lift and attribute it: clear passage-level answers, unambiguous entities, original data worth quoting, and schema that makes the relationships explicit. It overlaps with good SEO but is not identical to it.
Do you build links?
We earn them through digital PR, original data, and useful tools. We do not buy links or use private blog networks — those work until an update, and then they are a cleanup project.
Who writes the content?
Our writers, briefed against the SERP and interviewing someone from your team as the subject matter source. You approve everything before it publishes.
Can you implement the technical fixes, or just recommend them?
We implement them. That is the main structural difference here — an SEO recommendation that sits in an engineering backlog for two quarters has the same value as no recommendation at all.
Will you work on a site you did not build?
Yes, and most of our SEO clients are exactly that. We start with an audit of the existing stack, whatever it is built on.
Start with the audit not the retainer.
We run the technical and competitive audit first and walk you through what is actually capping the site. If the answer is that SEO is the wrong channel for you right now, we will say that.
